An antique oil painting on canvas. This landscape scene depicts a rustic cottage near the bank of a quiet river. Candle light illuminates the windows as a full moon shines through the clouds of a night sky. The unsigned work is presented in a gold tone wood and gesso frame with a molded arabesque motif. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
