A signed and numbered serigraph by well-listed and world-renowned American contemporary street artist, Shepard Fairey (1970- ), titled, Henry Rollins 2012 Tour: CAPITALISM. The image depicts the famous Black Flag frontman, writer and activist re-enacting the collectively engrained image of Uncle Sam in the ‘We Want YOU’ propaganda poster of 1917, with a few different twists: Rollins is depicted wearing a ripped white t-shirt with a torn dollar sign in the center, blood dripping from his lips, and looking remarkably menacing. The print is numbered in pencil edition 528 of 1200, signed in blue ink by Rollins, and signed in pencil by Fairey, all to lower margin. The print is mounted under glass and in a composite frame with a black matte finish.
