An early 20th-century hand-embellished albumen print on paper, published by printers Curtis and Cameron. The piece depicts a late 18th-century genre scene in Colonial America, with a crowd gathered to listen to a speech. The image is marked ‘Curtis & Cameron Inc’ in plate to the lower left. It is presented under glass in a vintage wooden frame.
