A pair of 1945 restrike gold coins. Included is a 1945 (restrike) Mexico two pesos coin. The obverse depicts an eagle facing right clutching an olive branch above laurel garlands inside “Estados Unidos Mexicanos”, and reads “DOS PESOS” to the reverse. Metal Content: 90% Gold (21K), 10% copper. Diameter: 13.00 mm. Weight: 1.49 grams. Also included is a A 1945 (Restrike) Mexico 2.5 peso gold coin. Obverse shows the Eagle seal of Mexico and reads “Estados Unidos Mexicanos”. The reverse portrays Generalissimo Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, and reads “dos y medios pesos, 1945”. Composition is 90% gold, with an approximate weight of 1.3396 dwt.
