Matteo Thun Designed "Nefertiti" Porcelain Teapot for Memphis Group

Item Details

A porcelain teapot by Italian designer Matteo Thun, circa 1981, for the Postmoderns Italian design and architecture collaborative Memphis Group. It features a cone-shaped body in gray with a fine pattern of gold dots, a gold pyramid finial lid, tubular spout, and an angular handle. To the underside, it is marked, ‘M. Condition

- previous owner has tacky glue to the underside of the lid to keep is snuggly in place.
