Vintage Wrought Iron Patio Side Chairs

Item Details

A group of four vintage wrought iron patio side chairs. The black-painted frames feature arched crests above curved-wire backs, lattice seats, and serpentine aprons. The back and aprons are further embellished with foliate terminals and the chairs rise on curved, front legs ending in penny feet. There are no maker’s marks.

Condition

- scattered weathering including oxidation/rust and pitting, with a higher concentration to underside of seats and feet; scattered spots of paint loss with older layers of teal, green, and pink showing through, thus black paint is later.
