Vintage German Tin Frog Wind-Up Toy by Schuco

A vintage tin frog wind-up toy by Schuco. This tin frog with a tan fabric covering and glass eyes was designed to wind up and move forward via two metal wheels to the underside and its two front ‘feet’ with fabric covered ‘hands’. It is marked ‘Schuco, Made in U.S. Zone Germany’ to the underside.

Condition

- discoloration to fabric; some wear to metal; wind-up mechanism doesn’t work.
