1879 Antique French Bayonet With Sheath
Item Details
An antique’M 1878’ Kropatschek French bayonet with its original metal scabbard. With wood grips and straight brass pommel, the T shaped blade retains its tip. Marked ‘Mre d’ Ormes de Lt. Etienne 1879.’ Crossguard with muzzle ring is present. This type of arms was used by the French in WWI and the French Foreign Legion.
