Handmade French Aubusson Needlepoint Rug
Item Details
A handmade Aubusson needlepoint area rug. The handcrafted wool rug has a central oblong panel decorated with floral bouquets in a palette of soft taupe, tan, olive, pink, rose, and garnet on a pale blush pink field. The central field is borders by a wide frame filled with rose bouquets to each side and large rose medallions to the corners. The rug in unlined to the reverse and is unmarked.
