Art Deco Wood Mantel Clock
Item Details
An Art Deco Westminister chime wood mantel clock. The clock features a timeless style with a golden oak finish on select hardwoods and a nut veneer with a burl wood surrounding the clock face. Other features of the clock include a curved bonnet and layered side panels with carved wood scrollwork and acanthus leaf applique accents. The clock features a chrome metal and glass door on the front that displays a white openwork dial with white Arabic numbers and modern style hands and three chrome covered key arbors. The clock has a Hermle 8-day strike and chime movement with Westminister chimes, a brass pendulum and a door on the verso and the clock stands on a plinth style base with bracket feet. There are no apparent makers marks.
