Chinese Carved Soapstone Bookends
Item Details
A pair of Chinese carved soapstone bookends. Depicted are two figures, one on top and one below, holding a bull by the horns and face. One features flower and bird decorative etchings throughout the base. There are no evident maker’s marks present.
Condition
- some discoloration.
- minor markings throughout.
