Vintage Fontaine Fox Toonerville Trolley Tin Toy

A circa 1920 Fontaine Fox Toonerville trolley wind-up clockwork tin toy. This tin toy features the comic character Skipper at the control at the front of the red and yellow trolley. This toy was made in Germany and is marked ‘DRP 257554’ and ‘No. 280098’. The clockwork wind-up allows the trolley to transport forward while causing Skipper to turn the crank.
