Maltby, Stevens & Curtiss Co. and Other Sterling Silver Teaspoons

A selection of five antique sterling silver teaspoons. This includes two spoons by Maltby, Stevens & Curtiss Co. of Wallingford, CT (active 1880-1896), which feature flared handles with relief floral, scrolled, and beaded designs. These are presented with a spoon by Whiting Mfg. Co. in the Madam Jumel pattern, a spoon by R. Wallace & Sons in the Henrick Hillbom designed Violet pattern, and a spoon by R. Blackinton Co. of North Attleboro, MA (active 1862-1967). Each piece has a personalized engraving to its handle and is marked for silver fineness to the back.
