A brass sculpture of a woman with a lyre after listed French sculptor Georges Charles Coudray (1863 – c.1932). This sculpture depicts a tall, slender woman wearing flowing robes and holding a lyre before her face. It bears the artist’s in-mold signature to the lower section and is presented on a circular gabbro stone base.

Condition

- wear to patina on edges of shoulders, back of dress; minor chip on top lip of base at front; debris on felt on bottom of base.
