A Chinese ceramic plaque wall hanging with a decorative transferware pattern. The piece depicts figures in a landscape scene with lush trees, a winding waterfront, a small sampan and a stately dwelling situated to the center right. The image is rendered in shades of blue and embellished with a textured glaze throughout, inscribed and sealed in plate to the upper right. It is presented without glass in a composite frame with faux woodgrain finish, fitted with a triangular hanging tab mounted to the verso.

- accretion to frame; edge wear and scuffs to frame finish; minor markings to ceramic surface.
