Chinese Ink and Watercolor Paintings of Shennong and Lu Xing
Item Details
A pair of Chinese ink and watercolor paintings of men believed to represent the deities Lu Xing and Shennong. These carefully-painted pieces depict Shennong in blue and Lu Xing in red, both with tender smiles on their bearded faces. There are red signature seals and blocks of calligraphic text to one edge of both paintings, which are presented with white brocade borders.
