Item Details

A pair of Royal Doulton figurines. This group includes The Genie HN 2989, designed by Robert Tabbenor and Omar Khayyam number HN2247. Omar Khayyam was an 11th century Persian poet, mathematician, astronomer, and philosopher who is portrayed sitting with his legs crossed holding a book in one hand a jug in the other. This piece was designed by Mark Nicoll and has issue dates of 1965-1983. Both pieces marked to the underside.
