Chippendale Style Dining Chairs

Item Details

A set of seven Chippendale Style dining chairs by Henredon. The set includes one armchair and six side chairs. Each chair features a curved crest rail with carved scallop shell over an elaborately carved and pierced splat, and a square seat that rests on a scallop shell carved apron flanked by cabriole legs with acanthus carved knees and claw and ball feet. The slip seats are upholstered in a striped fabric. Marked by maker to undersides. This item coordinates with 17COL213-042.

- one arm of one arm chair arm was broken off and reglued
