A limited edition serigraph poster for a 1981 production of Madama Butterfly by graphic artist Carl Regehr. This poster for a performance at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center depicts a flattened, stylized image of a butterfly floating above a light brown arc that features both a floral pattern and the scaled texture of a koi fish. The work is signed in the lower margin in graphite by the artist Carl Regehr, as well as Production Designer and Director Shozo Sato and Music Director and Conductor Michael Charry. It is hand numbered 299 in an edition of 300. The print is presented under glass in a green metallic frame with a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
