A porcelain leaf dish in the Rothschild Bird pattern from Herend, Hungary. This classic pattern is decorated with hand painted birds and butterflies and gilded trim. The form shows a subtly ruffled rim with a raised basketweave design and a handle to one end. It is marked to the underside with a Herend backstamp and ‘20 h/ RO.’
