Vintage Catawba Valley NC Alakaline Glazed Crock

A vintage Catawba Valley alkaline glazed stoneware crock. The large crock features a tapered ovoid form with a wide mouth and rolled rim. It has applied lug handles to opposite sides. The crock features a deep honey amber striped alkaline ash glaze and has no visible maker’s marks.
