A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Heriz Serapi runner. This wool rug features two medallions on a cream colored lozenge in a palette of gold, green, rust, light blue, and navy blue. The field is bounded by rust colored spandrels and surrounded by a Herati border, and the far ends have white cotton fringe. The rug is unmarked.
