Item Details
An antique Hepplewhite inlaid mahogany card table, circa early 19th century. The frame features a D-shaped, fold-over top with lightwood, string inlay along the edges above a conforming, string-inlaid apron with a slightly-raised, central cartouche. It rises on square, tapered legs with lightwood stringing and applied, slightly-flared toes. Three of the legs are stationary while one rear leg swings out to support the top when opened.

- scattered scratches, nicks, and marks; top slightly faded with some warping near right, front corner; some additional warping to rear legs; left side panel of apron with some lifting veneer; slight joint gaps where top block of right, rear leg meets apron; front, left leg is slightly loose; applied toes are probably later; top has been flipped over and re-set on apron.
