Item Details
A two-piece selection of vintage brown and black leather handbags. The unlabeled brown leather handbag has a looped leather handle attached to a silver tone metal frame, and the body is heavily textured, gathered and ruched in vertical rows, with flower-like shapes, and it has brown fabric to the interior. The black calfskin leather doctor’s bag-style handbag has dual leather handles, a leather covered metal frame with a silver tone metal clasp, and pierced silver tone metal accents on the handle hardware, with a red calfskin leather interior, which is stamped ‘Koret’.
Condition
- surface marks, scuffs and wear to both handbags throughout; brown leather bag is missing the clasp, some peeling of the leather, especially around the hardware, discoloration and wear to interior including tape and tape residue holding the lining to the frame at the tops; black bag has some ink stains to the lining, tarnished hardware, zipper works but it sticks and is difficult to operate
