1950s "Kool Cigarettes" Metal Match Display
Item Details
A 1950s ‘Kool Cigarettes’ counter store display. Constructed of metal, this mid-century era advertising display portrays a penguin smoking a cigarette. This basket designed counter metal lithographed display sat on the store counter and reads ‘Light Up A Kool’ and ‘Smoke Kool Cigarettes For That Clean Kool Taste!’ It also reads ‘Matches’ in red letters at the top. With bold and vivid colors retained, this counter display presents round holes on its bottom.
