1930s-1969 Reds Scorecard, One has Signatures

Item Details

A group of Cincinnati Reds scorecards ranging from 1936 to 1969. The scorecards are as listed: 1936, opponent New York Giants, used; 1938, opponent Pittsburgh, used; 1948, opponent St. Louis Cardinals, not used; 1951, opponent New York Giants, was not scored, but pencil check marks next to the names; 1963, Pete Rose’s rookie year, he’s in the starting lineup, used, opponent Chicago Cubs; 1969, opponent St. Louis Cardinals, not used and another 1969 scorecard with autographs on the cover and on the inside, not used, opponent Atlanta Braves. The signatures are that of Lee Weyer (umpire), Felipe Alou, Rico Carty, Camilo Pasqual, Ed Sudol (umpire), Ken Burkhart (umpire) and Harry Wendelstedt (umpire). The signatures have not been authenticated.

- 1938; paper loss on the back cover; used
- 1948: not used; creases
- 1951: not used, but check marks next to names; creases, edge wear tears
- 1963: stain, used with blue ink pen
- 1969 (not autographed): small creases; paper loss spots on the back
- 1969: autographed – creases, paper wear
