A grouping of three gelatin-silver cabinet cards featuring Abraham Lincoln posing with Union commanders from the U.S. Civil War. The central piece captures Lincoln seated to the front, with Admiral David Farragut and Generals Sherman, Thomas, Meade, Grant, Hooker, and Sheridan standing behind, and General Hancock seated to the right; it is marked ‘With Compliments of the Travelers Insurance Company’ beneath the image. Also featured is a formal portrait of a man and a child in a sailor’s suit standing in a room beside a chair. These photographs are presented under layered mats and glass in a gold tone wood frame with information on the center image to the verso.

- to fair; foxing and discoloration to photographs with some abrasions and marks; cabinet cards somewhat loose in frame; light wear to frame.
