This collection features an antique four volume collection including Lives of Seventy of the Most Eminent Painters, Sculptors and Architects by Giorgio Vasari, chronicling the lives of Italy’s artists. Some of the artists featured are Sandro Botticelli, Andrea Del Verrocchio, Leonardo Di Vinci, Albertinelli, Raphael, Michaelangelo, Titian, Taddeo Gaddi and others. The books feature red hard covers with gold leaf lettering and were published by Scribner and Sons in 1909.
