A color lithograph on paper titled The Lobby of the House of Commons 1886 published by Vincent Brooks, Day & Son after a piece published in Vanity Fair by Italian caricature artist Liborio Prosperi (1854-1928). This piece depicts the lobby of a British Parliament meeting with notable figures of the time, their names labeled to the lower margin with the title of the piece. It is signed ‘Lib.’ in plate and presented behind a mat and glass in a wood frame with gold tone sight edge and wire to the verso for hanging.

- discoloration to print and mat; accretion to glass; worn frame finish; minor scratches to frame; minor fold lines.
