A hand-knotted Persian Bijar round area rug. This wool rug is hand-knotted in a palette of coral-red, aqua, pale pink,emerald, navy, white, and sky blue. It features a hexagonal shaped center medallion on a field patterned with a geometric herati motif. It is framed with carnation meander and medahil guard borders and a samovar pattern main border. It has applied fringe. Unmarked.
