Vintage French Pendulum Wall Clock and Barometer
Item Details
A vintage French pendulum wall clock and barometer. The clock features an ornate and elegant style with a cherry finish on hardwoods and veneers with gilded carved acanthus leaves and scrollwork in relief throughout. Other features of the clock include a brass door and glass cover that displays a brass bezel with beaded trim surrounding a white face with black Roman numerals, two key arbors and black hands. The clock also features carved flowers on side columns with a gilded finish and a wood framed glass front door that displays a brass lyre pendulum. The clock has a barometer with a brass frame on the base and a latched wood door on the verso and a hook for hanging. There are no apparent makers marks.
