Sterling Silver and Porcelain Avian Themed Plates and Coasters
Item Details
A collection of vintage avian-themed porcelain plates and coasters with sterling silver rims. The collection features two plates in the Pheasant pattern by Deland Studios for Frank M. Whiting. One is eleven inches in diameter with a fluted sterling rim, and the other is nine inches in diameter with a scrolling floral motif sterling rim. Both of these pieces feature the same hand-colored illustration of a pheasant with autumnal foliage to their centers, and are marked by their manufacturers to the undersides. These are presented with seven coasters of similar designs by F.B. Rogers.
