"Coming of the Iron Horse" Pewter Train Display

A pewter train display titled Coming of the Iron Horse. The 19th century steam engine depicted is marked with a plaque ‘Central Pacific #60 The ’Jupiter’ – Circa 1869’. The highly detailed piece features the engine marked ‘Jupiter’ at the cab where two men are and the next car filled with wood. One of the men can be seen loading the wood to power the engine. The train is mounted on a track, and the piece is presented on a rectangular, dark wood base. No maker marks are discernible.
