A circa 1980s serigraph on paper titled Victorian by artist John Patrick. The piece depicts an architectural illustration of a Victorian style house, rendered in a neutral palette of brown, white, tan and cream tones. The print is signed in pencil to the lower right. It is presented under glass in a wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

- to fair; discoloration to paper with staining to lower margin and lower right; minor edge wear, nicks and scuffing to frame; tears to frame’s backing paper.
