A signed limited edition agamograph by the medium’s namesake, influential Op artist Yaacov Agam (born 1928). This screen printed Op Art image from Agam’s Magic Rainbow series features rows of vertical columns of a full spectrum on color. The print displays an illusion of different images depending on the angle of the viewer, due to the slightly corrugated texture of the ground. The work is signed in graphite in the lower right margin, and hand numbered XXVII/XC, or, 27 in an edition of 90. It is presented under glass with layered white mats in a brushed aluminum frame. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
