A hand-colored lithograph on paper titled The Child Handel after a painting by British painter Margaret Isabel Dicksee (1858-1903). This piece depicts the composer George Frideric Handel as a child playing the piano in the middle of the night and being discovered by his parents. It is signed in plate to the lower right corner and captioned by an unknown hand to the lower margin. The piece is labeled to the verso and presented behind glass in a wood frame with wire to the verso for hanging.

- discoloration to paper; foxing; accretion under glass; extensive wear to frame; pieces missing from edges and corners of frame.
