An 18K yellow gold ruby, blue sapphire and diamond sun hat brooch. With its wide brim to protect the wearer from the harmful effects of the sun, this woven hat is adorned with a flowing ribbon tied around the crown. To the front of the hat are two sprays of flowers. One spray has prong set rubies while the other is set with blue sapphire. Each spray is accented with a round brilliant cut diamond.
