An oil painting on canvas by listed contemporary Cuban artist Elías Sánchez Iglesias (1967) titled El Balcon. This painting depicts an abstracted composition of a man diving towards a balcony and is rendered in bright colors and expressive brushstrokes. The painting is signed by hand to the lower right corner and is housed in a black wooden frame. The painting is signed and titled to the verso by hand.

- indentation to upper left area of canvas; possible repair to canvas as noticed to verso; stain to lower left corner of fabric liner; wear to edges and corners of frame; paint loss to frame.
