A woodblock print on paper titled Moon at Magome (馬込の月) from the series Twenty Views of Tokyo (東京二十景) by Japanese artist Kawase Hasui (川瀬 巴水, 1883-1957), dated 1930. This print features a nocturnal landscape in the station of Magome in the ancient road of Nakasendō. The title and date (Showa 5 = 1930) is printed in the left margin. The artist’s ‘Hasui’ signature and seal are printed in the lower left corner. Presented matted and housed in a composite frame.

Condition

- puncture holes to the corners of paper; minor scratches and some marks to mat; scratches and dents to frame.
