A selection of antique Flight-period Worcester and Davenport Longport Staffordshire porcelain serveware. Offered are three pieces of serveware displaying French blue bands alternating with gilt foliate vines and dentil gilding to the edges by Davenport, circa 1870-1886. Included is a serving tray, a covered vegetable dish with a twisted acanthus leaf finial, and a shallow serving bowl. The Davenport factory in Longport, Staffordshire, England, produced pottery and porcelain between 1793 to 1887. Some pieces are marked ‘Davenport Longport Staffordshire.’ Also included are two ribbed teacups and two saucers with a band of woven cobalt blue and gilt scrolls. The teacups and saucers are attributed to Flight-period Worcester circa 1790. These pieces are not marked.
