Vintage Chest of Drawers by Cavalier

Item Details

A vintage walnut veneered chest of drawers. The shallow top drawer has an applied scroll carving set between incised border details, while the three larger drawers underneath have a veneered front; all drawers have metal bails on oval plates. It stands on trumpet turned legs with a scalloped apron between. The Cavalier Furniture medallion is inside the drawer.

Condition

Some veneer is missing to surface. Water damage to surface resulting in a crack to the top left side of the chest’s surface. Significant markings, scratches and wear present throughout.
