Framed Prohibition Era Alcohol Prescription Form and Whiskey Advertisement

A framed prohibition era alcohol prescription form and whiskey advertisement. The unused U.S. Prohibition Service Form 1403 includes a stub for the doctor, along with the prescription original and a duplicate form. A long list of rules is printed on the back. It is presented behind glass with no mats or backing material in a black frame. Also included is a vintage Green River lithographic print advertisement from pre prohibtion presented behind glass, in front of grey backing, in a two tone dark stained ornately carved wooden frame. The advertisement is ready to hang, the prescription is not.
Condition
- slight scuffing to frame of prescription form, other frame is in good condition with negligible wear. Toning to advertisement. Prescription has one brown spot on it.
