A pair of original pastel portraits of Dutch elders by Margaret Aaberg (American, 1910 – 1996). The portraits on paper of an older man and a woman in traditional Dutch dress are depicted in palette of brown, white, blue and yellow. They are signed, ‘Margaret Aaberg’ to lower left or right and presented with natural bark mats under glass with gray finished wood frames. Margaret Aaberg was an artist born in Wisconsin, and died in California, Margaret Christine Aaberg Eifler.
