A framed 1863 New York Times cover page. This copy of the newspaper printed for April 14th 1863 features articles concerning the Civil War naval battle at Charleston and it’s casualties. The newspaper is presented under glass in a black metal frame with a wire present to the verso for hanging purposes.

Condition

- to fair; some discoloration and marks to print particularly to edges; discoloration to upper left and right of print from tape to verso; print visible from verso of page; minor tears along edges of print; minor wear to frame.
