An oil painting on canvas of a terrace. This painting depicts a brick wall adorned with lush flowers and trees curving around a calm body of water, with a docked boat seen on the grassy shore. To the deep distance are Mediterranean style lodges and a sailboat gliding across the open expanse. To the lower right corner is an artist signature appearing to read ‘Robert Lin’. The painting is wrapped over a wooden stretcher with hanging wire to the verso.
