Hand-Knotted Persian Sarouk Wool Carpet Runner
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Sarouk carpet runner. This long wool rug features a field filled with floral vase designs worked in navy, powder blue, peach, cream, black and plum grounded in watermelon. Framing the rug are carnation meander guard borders with a herati main border grounded in cream and black. Selvedges are overcast, the rug finishing with a kilim skirt and long knotted ivory fringe at either end. Unlabeled.
