Item Details

A vintage Hepplewhite style breakfront china cabinet by Morganton. This rectangular top cabinet features a central breakfront cabinet door with glass panel flanked by two glass front panels. The cabinet door opens to two full width shelves. The lower base features three central, stacked drawers flanked by a cabinet door to each side. The drawers feature brass oval plates and bail handles. The lower cabinet doors open to a shelf. This piece terminates on a plinth base. It is marked ‘Morganton’ to a drawer interior.

Condition

- handles lightly rusted; one handle cracked; veneer chipping and cracked at bottom; dust throughout; nicks, scratches, and scuffs present; smudges to glass.
