Vintage Rococo Revival Style Carved Hardwood Vitrine

A vintage Rococo Revival style carved hardwood vitrine. This profusely carved vitrine has a pierced and carved acanthus pediment on three sides of the curving top, above the two glazed sides and curved glazed door between the four heavily carved double S scroll corner supports, the lighted vitrine containing two tempered glass shelves in front of the mirrored back, the base of the vitrine having a heavily carved and pierced apron between the four scrolling foliate carved legs with a carved stretcher between the legs. There is no apparent maker’s mark.

Condition

crack on bottom of the cabinet, crack in the apron near left leg, scuffs to the finish near the interior light, various scuffs, rubs and scratches overall.
