A Tibetan gau portable shrine with cloth carrying case. The prayer box shrine in honor of Green Tara features embossed symbols in silver tone metal to the front of the case with an enclosed figurine behind glass to the center. It has a copper back that opens to reveal a folded Tibetan prayer flag. The prayer box is presented in an embroidered silk and cotton case with a metal lotus button closure and a shoulder strap. No visible maker’s marks are present.
