A Victorian era sterling silver caddy spoon by Hilliard & Thomason of Birmingham, England. This spoon features a scalloped bowl with a repoussé floral and leaf design, as well as a handle shaped like an intertwined vine with a single flower at the terminal tip. This piece is stamped on the handle with hallmarks for Birmingham, sterling, Queen Victoria duty mark, and date mark for 1856. The approximately sterling weight is 0.390 ozt.
